Bears roll to team title in Section 4 tourney

Congratulations to the Boyertown Bears vasity wrestling team for winning the Section 4 Wrestling tournament this weekend.

The Bears had an impressive 8 finalists which is a school record and easily out distanced themselves from their closest opponent by nearly 50 points.

Taking home championships for the Bears were: Adam Kolb, Alex Pellicciotti, and Zach Heffner. Receiving runner-up honors were Matt Malfaro, Jeremy Minich, Jon Neiman, Brock Hallman and Tyler Mauger.

Taking home third and fourth respectively and advancing to next week District I South tournament at Oxford were Peter Jones and Adam Benfield.
